See what a White Man was spotted doing inside Lagos flood

The luxurious island in commercial city Lagos state and many other communities in the state are expriencing massive flooding as a result of heavy downpour which started on Friday till Saturday, the rain lasted for hours.

A foreigner was seen paddling a canoe inside the flood. A video was filmed earlier in front of the Victoria Island Silverbird Cinemas.
