Blake Lively's always had a thing for Leo

Looks like all of Blake Lively's (childhood) dreams really did come true when she started dating Leonardo DiCaprio! Back in 2007, Blake candidly chatted to talk show host David Letterman and blurted out: "I have a confession... You and Leonardo DiCaprio were my childhood crushes, so I'm nervous right now."

David played along and joked, "Now what ever happened to that Leo guy?" And Blake giggled, "He's actually backstage right now."

Now, does this remind anyone else of the time when Katie Holmes admitted she'd had a major crush on Tom Cruise when she was young? Sounds like you had better be very careful what you wish for in Hollywood...
